Spare part instruction :
1. using larger evaperator ,specially made for cold weather place.
2. condenser use internal and external thread sleeve type heat exchanger , have high heat exchanger effciency and large internal diameter so that prevent water blocking because of dirty ,make more space to get heat exchanger
3.use scroll compressor, working stable and long lifetime.
4. centrifugal fan motor make sure low noise and beautiful outlooking.
5. use electric expansion valve, adjust the refrigerant flow automatically.
6. adopt PID defrosting, defrost according to time, evaperate temperature and environment temperature.
7.Touch screen design, and LCD display control panel, nice and grace looking .
8. muti-function of controller, can check and set all the parameter ,multi-protection and alarming function.
9, use soft pipe at inlet and outlet of compressor, so that avoid vibratation being pass on other pipes, to reduce noise and avoid welding are damaged because of vibration.
10.evaperator and fan motor are insulated from other components , such as compressor, condenser and son on, to make sure other components will not touch condensed water and will not stained fore ever,
11.condensed water flow down to ground through a water pipe, the pipe connect the water hole at the middle and the bottom layer plate. so that condensed water will be drainged at once.
12. use insulation for compressor, condenser and pipes, make sure reduce vibrate and noise and heat loss.
13. use sinlencer cotton on the internal wall of the heat pump, to reduce noise .
